Refund & Replacement Policy
KrishiBazaarOnline — a Renovare brand, operated by Global Tech eDistribution
Replacement or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery via the Orders section or by emailing support@renovare.in with order ID and clear photos of the issue.
Eligible cases: wrong product delivered, damaged in transit, manufacturing defect, or significant variance from the listed description. Open or used consumables, custom-cut tarpaulins, and personalised items are not eligible.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of pickup. For COD orders, refunds are issued to a bank account provided by you.
